Off To A Great Start…

Hello P3 Families,

The children have been hard at work getting familiarized with their new class, friends and teachers. It has been a wonderful start to the school year and the learning has only begun!

We have taken a look at the parts of the apple, how apples are grown and different things you can make with apples!

Community has been the word this month. We have talked about working together, what the word community means and different roles that people hold in a community.

The children have enjoyed working in the outdoor classroom, working in the practical life area where they have learned to pour their own juice (they even take it out of the fridge), make their own snacks, and help clean the classroom.

Kindergarteners have started their goals in P4 and will be introduced to their P3 Goal Sheets next week! What leaders they are becoming!

Welcome Back P3!!!

Hello P3 Families

We would like to welcome you to P3 for the 2016/2017 school year!  We are very excited about all of the learning adventures we are about to embark on! As teachers, we want your child to explore and love being at school, as well as striving for independence and learning to work together as a community.

Your child will be exposed to amazing concepts and lessons throughout this school year. Focusing on math, language, practical life, cultural, science and peace, your child’s interest will be sparked and they will become life learners.

We ask that all personal items brought to school are labeled (extra clothes, lunch box, and water bottle). Your child will receive a special tote bag to bring home daily school work.

We understand that each child is special and unique and we will celebrate their individuality and triumphs in the classroom.

We look forward to seeing all of our new and returning families!

Sincerely,

The P3 Teaching Team

Miss Kat, Miss Alisa, Miss Pauline and Miss Lauren
